Erma Diah Putri Nurgrahanti Student of P. ADP FE UNY Finalist for Indonesian Muslim Women

Erma Diah Putri Nugrahanti, a student of the FE UNY Office Administration Education Study Program, managed to qualify as a finalist for Putri Muslimah Indonesia, which was held by a private television station. This event is intended for Muslim women to show their talents and abilities in various fields. The selected finalists will receive training during quarantine to further explore the potential for creativity as a Muslim woman while still paying attention to morals, ethics and maintaining the image of a Muslim princess who is not only beautiful from the outside but also from the inside.

In an interview conducted at the Public Relations Office of UNY, Monday, May 4, 2015, Erma, as she is familiarly called, said that this month she was going to Jakarta to undergo quarantine because she was included in the top 25 finalists for Indonesian Muslim women. "Actually, last year I auditioned, but only this year my wish came true," he said while asking for prayers to win the event.

The beautiful girl who was born in Sleman, February 1, 1996 said that her foray into the world of modeling started from her passion for taking selfies. Starting as a model for a Muslim fashion catalog, the resident of Central Gamping, Ambarketawang, Gamping, Sleman entered the world of modeling independently, not through any agency. It was only after winning the best personality Muslim model 2015 held by the Farahdi Center Yogyakarta, that she was contracted by an agency for one year. The modeling knowledge he got was self-taught from the papers he got while participating in the competition.

The alumnus of SMKN 1 Yogyakarta chose the Office Administration Education Study Program according to his major at the SMK. In this study program, Erma is active in the activities of the ADP student association. The achievement index is quite good, namely 3.30. With the election of Erma as one of the finalists for the Indonesian Muslim Women, there is another addition to the ranks of UNY student achievements in the national arena. (dedy)
