OFFICE ADMINISTRATION EDUCATION STUDENT ASSOCIATION HOLDS FORMAPSI

FORMAPSI is an All-Indonesia Office Student Forum which aims to form a forum that can accommodate networks in the context of cooperation between office students throughout Indonesia. On Saturday, 10 May 2013, HIMA ADP in the field of Student Resource Development held a FORMAPSI National Conference in the FE UNY Friendly Room.

This activity was attended by representatives from 7 universities including Yogyakarta State University (UNY), Jakarta State University (UNJ), Indonesian Education University (UPI), Sebelas Maret University (UNS), Semarang State University (UNNES), Makassar State University (UNM). ) and the State University of Surabaya (UNESA). MUNAS FORMAPSI was held in order to declare and establish FORMAPSI management. In this activity, it discusses the rules, the Articles of Association, Bylaws, and the Outline of Organizational Policy. The event started at 08.00 WIB and was opened by the Vice Dean III of FE UNY, Mr. Siswanto, M.Pd. The agenda for the FORMAPSI MUNAS consists of an Introductory Session, Plenary Session, and Closing Session. The trial proceeded wisely and there was a debate between the participants of the FORMAPSI MUNAS to harmonize some opinions, but the event continued to be conducive. The Plenary Session lasted until 24.00 WIB, then continued on Sunday, May 11, 2013 at Pancasila Park UNY. The second day's plenary session started at 09.00 then continued with the closing session and distribution of placards as a memento from the FORMAPSI committee.

The results of the FORMAPSI MUNAS obtained the determination of the central management and the Board of Trustees. The central board was chaired by representatives from UPI and Mr. Koswara, while the coordinator of the board of directors was chaired by representatives from UNY and Mr. Miftahul Farihin. It is planned that in the next 4 months there will be an inauguration of the chairman, central management, regional administrators, and the board of directors at the Indonesian University of Education.
